I loved this program on Beachbody, so I am happy to be able to purchase it and 80 Day Obsession at a great price. She does repeat workouts, but it does not get boring because you only do each workout 4 times over the course of 4 weeks, then she changes things up for the next phase. Chalene is very likeable and her cuing is terrific. The only real flaw is that the warm-ups are not always the same on both left and right sides, but I don’t think anyone will get lopsided. The workouts are as hard or as easy as you make them, based on the amount of weight you use. The cardio days are separate from the weight training days, which is how I prefer to exercise. The download was easy, but the directions in the email were imperfect. The download button was not red and in the center, but green and at the top. The link in the email took me to a page that had separate files for each workout plus a Bonus folder that contains the abs routines, so don’t overlook that. Downloading took about 2-3 minutes per workout.
